Legends brightens for the holidays

About 1,000 people or more watched the 15th annual holiday lighting ceremony at the Legends Outlets in Kansas City, Kansas, on Saturday night. The 45-foot LED animated tree is synchronized with holiday music. Mild 50-degree weather boosted the turnout this year. (Video by Christine Rupert)
