KCK student receives academic honor at University of Nebraska

Eric Calvin Jr., Kansas City, Kansas, has been named a superior scholar at the University of Nebraska, Omaha.

Those who are named superior scholars are seniors graduating in the 2016-2017 academic year who are in the top 3 percent of their college’s senior class or who have been recognized at an honors convocation each year of their enrollment.

Calvin is a senior in the University of Nebraska at Omaha College of Public Affairs and Community Service. He was honored at the All-University Honors Convocation April 23.
