A Kansas City, Kan., student has been named a scholarship recipient for the Edgerley-Franklin Urban Leadership Scholarship at Kansas State University, Manhattan.

Ana Simental, Kansas City, Kan., a student at Harmon High School, was named a scholarship recipient. Six high school seniors in all were named to be recipients for the scholarship.
