The Kansas City, Kansas, Board of Education is scheduled to meet at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, in the third floor board room of the Kansas City, Kansas, Public Schools Central Office and Training Center, 2010 N. 59th St., Kansas City, Kansas.
A closed, executive session, has been planned to discuss the investigation of a complaint about a non-elected individual, and to receive an update on a human resources audit to protect the privacy interests of the individuals to be discussed.
Also, the board is scheduled Saturday to begin work on the 2019-2020 budget and to discuss the annual board self-evaluation, measures taken to address concerns heard at the board listening tours and alternative education program. The Saturday meeting is expected to last past lunch.
