A Kansas City, Kan., driver was involved in an -accident at 9:20 a.m. Nov. 26 on I-435 eastbound over I-35 in Lenexa.
A Ford Mustang was on the ramp from I-35 south to I-435 eastbound merging, when it hydroplaned, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report.
The Mustang then struck the inside wall and came to rest.
The driver, a 25-year-old from Kansas City, Kan., had a possible injury and was taken to a hospital, according to the trooper’s report. She was not wearing a safety restraint, the report stated.
