Kansas City, Kan., police are investigating a homicide at 10:47 p.m. Monday, July 11, at 10th and Kimball Avenue.
A police spokesman said upon arrival, officers discovered a man in his mid-20s dead in the street from apparent gunshot wounds.
The identity of the victim is being withheld until there is positive identification and family notification.
The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
