KCK native Stonestreet to be grand marshal of Hollywood Casino 400

Eric Stonestreet, award-winning actor, KCK native and Piper High School graduate, will be the grand marshal of the Hollywood Casino 400 on Sunday at the Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas.

Stonestreet is well known for his acting role as Cameron on the television sitcom, “Modern Family,” and won two Emmy awards for his efforts. His next project is “Domino Masters,” a Fox series about domino toppling.

Stonestreet is a graduate of Kansas State University, where he acted in theater productions.

Sunday’s Hollywood Casino 400 will begin at 2 p.m. Oct. 24. A pre-race concert by Mitchell Tenpenny will be at 12:15 p.m.

Saturday’s racing at Kansas Speedway includes the NASCAR Xfinity Kansas Lottery 300 at 2 p.m., followed by the ARCA Menards Reese’s 150 at 6 p.m. For more information, see https://www.kansasspeedway.com/.
