A Kansas City, Kan., man was injured when the semi he was driving overturned today on the Kansas Turnpike in the Wichita area.
According to the Kansas Turnpike Authority’s accident report, the 48-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man was driving a semi when he failed to negotiate through a construction zone, took the exit ramp and then overturned on the exit ramp curve.
He was driving southbound on the Kansas Turnpike in a 2011 International semi.
