Jesus Labrado, 27, Kansas City, Kansas, was charged with one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, according to the U.S. attorney’s office.
The crime is alleged to have occurred Nov. 16, 2019, in Wyandotte County, Kansas.
If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000. The FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives investigated. Assistant U.S. Attorney Sheri Catania is prosecuting.
