A 20-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man was arrested Sunday, March 22, in Clay County, Mo., according to Missouri Highway Patrol arrest reports.
The man was held on charges of receiving stolen property, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive within a single lane and no valid driver’s license, according to the report.
