A 19-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man was arrested about 4:20 a.m. Feb. 23 in Howard County, Mo., according to a Missouri Highway Patrol report.
The man was arrested for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident, according to the MHP report. He was held in the Howard County Jail, which is in central Missouri.
