Kansas governor talks about plans for state growth

Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback spoke today at a luncheon sponsored by Fairfax Industrial Association. While at the luncheon he spoke mainly about his plans for the future to get Kansas back on track.

“More people work for small businesses, that is why we instituted zero taxes for small business,” he said.

Also at the meeting, he explained why Kansas is losing population. By addressing this problem he also gave several solutions that he would propose for the future.

During his speech he also mentioned his accomplishments while in office and his plans for the future if reelected.

Over 150 attended this luncheon. After the governor gave his speech he opened the floor to questions from the audience.
