Update: K-5 at Seven-Mile Creek and K-92 at Stranger Creek in Leavenworth County have now reopened.
K-192 is closed in Easton and the westbound lane of K-92 is closed in Leavenworth County because of Stranger Creek flooding, according to a Kansas Department of Transportation spokesman.
According to NOAA flood charts, some area rivers in flood include the Blue River at Blue Ridge Boulevard in Kansas City, Mo., the Blue River in Stanley, Kan., the Blue River at Bannister Road in Kansas City, Mo., Indian Creek in Overland Park, Kan., and the Little Platte River in Smithville, Mo., besides Stranger Creek in Easton, Kan., and Stranger Creek in Tonganoxie, Kan.
