A joint meeting will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, of the Kansas City, Kan., Board of Education and the Kansas City Kansas Community College Board of Trustees.
The meeting will be at 3 p.m. at the Thomas R. Burke Technical Education Center, multipurpose room, 6565 State Ave., Kansas City, Kan.
An agreement for a concurrent enrollment partnership is on the agenda, along with updates from each institution.
Under the agreement, high school students could attend certain classes at their high school during the regular school day that are taught by approved teachers, and receive college credit for the classes. The classes would have to have approval from KCKCC. The teachers would be from the Kansas City, Kan., Public Schools.
