Jackpot climbs to $454 million tonight

Interest is heating up for the $454 million Mega Millions jackpot draw tonight.

Independence Day celebrations may be over, but summer fun and excitement continues as Kansas Lottery jackpots continue to climb. The Mega Millions jackpot for tonight’s drawing has been raised to a whopping $454 million, with a cash option of $319.7 million!

Tonight’s Mega Millions jackpot is the third largest in the game’s history. The record Mega Millions jackpot is $656 million, which was shared among players who purchased tickets in Kansas, Illinois and Maryland for the March 30, 2012, drawing.

The Powerball jackpot continues to grow after no tickets matched all numbers in the July 2 drawing. The estimated jackpot for Wednesday night’s Powerball drawing is $257 million, with a cash option of $179.7 million. The record Powerball jackpot is $1.58 billion, which was shared among players who purchased tickets in Florida, Tennessee and California for the Jan. 13, 2016, drawing.

In addition, the Hot Lotto and Super Kansas Cash jackpots rolled over the holiday weekend. Wednesday night’s Hot Lotto jackpot is an estimated $3.9 million, and the Super Kansas Cash jackpot for Wednesday night’s drawing is an estimated $1.875 million.
