An injury-accident was reported at 7:25 a.m. Jan. 16 on eastbound I-70, east of 5th Street in Kansas City, Kansas, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
A Hyundai Sonata was eastbound on I-70 when the driver lost control and the Sonata hit the outside barrier wall twice, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver, a 24-year-old man from Kansas City, Mo., was injured and taken to a hospital in Kansas City, Mo., the trooper’s report stated.
