An injury-accident was reported at 5:39 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22, eastbound on I-70 near K-7, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s crash log.
A Chevy passenger car was eastbound on I-70 when it hit the inside barrier wall and came to rest in the outside ditch, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver, a 67-year-old Rocky Mount, Missouri, woman, had a possible serious injury and was taken to a hospital, the report stated.
A passenger in the vehicle, a 24-year-old Liberty, Missouri, man, was not injured, according to the report.
