An injury-accident was reported on eastbound I-70 at 8:57 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, just west of K-7, according to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report.
A Chevrolet Uplander struck a semi truck in the side, according to the trooper’s report.
A 36-year-old woman from Cameron, Mo., who was a passenger in the Uplander was injured, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver of the Uplander, a 36-year-old woman from Cameron, Mo., was not injured, the report stated.
The driver of the semi, a 60-year-old man from Topeka, Kan., also was not injured.
