An injury-accident was reported at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 5 on northbound I-435 at Parallel in Kansas City, Kansas, according to a crash report from the Kansas Highway Patrol.
A 2011 Ford F150 was stopped on the exit ramp to Parallel from northbound I-435 when a 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis was unable to stop in time and hit it in the rear, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver of the Grand Marquis, a 35-year-old man from Kansas City, Missouri, had a possible minor injury and was taken to a hospital in Kansas City, Kansas, according to the report.
The driver of the Ford F150, a 37-year-old man from Grandview, Missouri, was not injured, according to the report.
