A Hyundai being pursued by law enforcement on eastbound I-70 on Thursday ended in an injury-accident, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report.
The Hyundai was eastbound on I-70 near I-635 about 8:18 a.m. Nov. 15, being pursued by law enforcement, when it rear-ended a semi in the No. 3 lane, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver of the Hyundai, a 33-year-old Kansas City, Kansas, man, had a possible injury and was taken to a hospital, the trooper’s report stated.
The Hyundai rear-ended a semi driven by a 52-year-old Kansas City, Kansas, man. The driver of the semi was not injured, according to the report.
