Injuries were reported in a three-vehicle collision on I-435 northbound exit to State Avenue in Kansas City, Kan., on Dec. 19.
The crash was at 2:31 p.m. Dec. 19, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report.
Three vehicles were northbound on I-435 when traffic slowed, and a Chrysler car hit the rear of a Chevrolet Suburban, pushing it into a Chevy truck, the report stated.
The driver of the Chrysler car, a 41-year-old man from Olathe, Kan., was injured and taken to a hospital, the report stated.
The driver of the Chevrolet Suburban, a 46-year-old man from Kansas City, Mo., was not injured, the report stated. A 46-year-old Kansas City, Mo., woman passenger in the Suburban was injured and taken to a hospital, according to the report.
The driver of the Chevy truck, a 46-year-old man from Lees Summit, Mo., was not injured, the report stated. A 49-year-old Lees Summit, Mo., woman passenger in the truck had a possible injury, according to the report.
A 20-year-old Lees Summit, Mo., man and a 20-year-old Lees Summit, Mo., woman in the truck were not injured, according to the report.
