The Kansas Highway Patrol is seeking information on a vehicle allegedly involved in a shooting on Wednesday, Sept. 9, in Kansas City, Kansas.
The vehicle is believed to be a white four-door Chevrolet Equinox, (2010 to 2017), with a sunroof and paper tags, according to a highway patrol news release.
At 5:15 p.m. on Sept. 9, the patrol responded to a shooting on I-70 near I-635 in Wyandotte County, according to the highway patrol.
The victim’s vehicle was shot at while the victim was traveling westbound on I-70 over 38th Street, according to the news release. No injuries were reported, according to the highway patrol.
The suspect vehicle continued southbound on I-635 from I-70. The Chevrolet Equinox was occupied by a female driver in her 20s and a male shooter in his 20s with dark hair, according to the report.
