I-70 exit closed

The eastbound I-70 exit to James Street in Kansas City, Kansas, has been closed at 4:16 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, because of an incident, according to KC Scout. Motorists were asked to use alternate routes. (KC Scout photo)
