I-635 southbound closed at Parallel

I-635 southbound was closed at Parallel Parkway about 10:48 a.m. Tuesday, according to KC Scout. Motorists were asked to use alternate routes. KC Scout cameras recently showed some traffic moving slowly in the right lane. (KC Scout photo)
