Jurors returned with a hung jury on Monday, Sept. 16, for Scott Kallal, 37, according to the district attorney’s spokesman.
Kallal was a priest in the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas in 2015, and had been charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child. The incident was described as tickling.
