The victim of a homicide in the 2400 block of South 34th Street has been identified, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, police spokesman.
The victim is December Htoo, 15, of Kansas City, Kansas, police said.
Htoo was found inside a business, deceased from apparent gunshot wounds, on Dec. 18, according to police.
Police were called to the location at 7:16 a.m. Nov. 18. They located Htoo inside the building, dead from apparent gunshot wounds. The public has been asked to help in this investigation.
The incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, which is encouraging anyone with information to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
