The victim of a homicide on Sunday in the 200 block of North 27th has been identified, according to a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
The victim was identified as DeMonte Allen, 27, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, the police spokesman stated.
The incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department Major Case Unit.
