A homicide victim in the 2200 block of Franklin Avenue has been identified, according to police.
The victim was Angelo M. Ramirez, 19, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department spokesman.
Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Franklin Avenue on reports of a nonresponsive male at 4:32 p.m. Dec. 9, the spokesman stated.
The case is now being investigated as a homicide, police stated.
