The victim in Sunday’s homicide near James Street and the State Line has been identified, according to a police spokesman.
The victim was Alec Byers, 24, a male who was a resident of Kansas City, Missouri, according to the Kansas City, Kansas, police spokesman.
The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department is investigating this incident.
