The victim of a homicide Monday afternoon in the 3800 block of Leavenworth Road has been identified.
The victim was Carvell England, 38, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, police spokesman.
England was taken to a hospital, where he died from his injuries, the spokesman stated. There are currently no suspects in custody.
This incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department Major Case Unit, according to the spokesman.
