The victim of a homicide on Saturday has been identified as Lillian V. Jackson, 62, a resident of Shawnee, Kansas, according to a police spokesman.
Officers had been dispatched to 3rd and Richmond on a shooting call at 3:58 p.m. Saturday, a police spokesman stated. A woman was found deceased inside a vehicle.
The incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Major Case Unit.
