A homicide victim in the 1000 block of Lafayette Avenue on April 3 has been identified, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, police spokesman.
The victim was Kenneth Barr, 60, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, the spokesman stated.
Police went to the location about 11:05 p.m. April 3 and found that Barr had been shot. Kansas City, Kansas, Fire Department personnel also responded.
The homicide is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department Criminal Investigations Division. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
