The victim of a homicide Aug. 24 in the 3600 block of Oakland Avenue has been identified.
Davion Lyman, 18, a resident of Kansas City, Kan., was the victim, police said.
The incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s major case unit. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
