The victim of a homicide on Saturday night, Feb. 17, in the 1600 block of Minnesota Avenue has been identified.
The victim was Kevin M. Forman, 27, a resident of Kansas City, Missouri, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, police spokesman.
Eight persons who were inside a building in the 1600 block of Minnesota were shot Saturday night, and one died. The other victims were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
