The victim of a homicide on Oct. 28 in the 200 block of South Valley has been identified, police said.
The victim is Marco Velazquez, 47, of Kansas City, Kan.
The case is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
