A homicide victim from a shooting July 4 in the 4100 block of Waverly Avenue has been identified.
Antwan D. Frazier, 34, was a resident of Kansas City, Kan., according to a police spokesman.
The incident remains under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Major Case Unit. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
