The victim from a homicide on May 10 in the 6000 block of Parallel Parkway has been identified, police said.
The victim is Vincent M. Reliford, 23, a resident of Kansas City, Mo., according to police.
The gold Chevy sport utility vehicle in this case was located in Merriam and has been recovered, police said.
