A woman who was killed by gunfire near 7th and Armstrong at about 12:30 a.m. Nov. 28 has been identified, according to Kansas City, Kansas, police.
She is Tanna K. Moyer, 27, a resident of Overland Park, Kan., according to police.
A police spokesman stated that Moyer was inside a vehicle that was stopped by the Mission Police Department at an exit ramp of I-35 and Antioch Road. She was being rushed to the hospital by an acquaintance after having been shot at 7th and Armstrong, according to police.
The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
