Homicide near 43rd and Farrow under investigation

Kansas City, Kansas, police are investigating a homicide Monday night, Oct. 25, in the 4300 block of Farrow Avenue, according to a police spokesman.

Officers responded to the location at 10:32 p.m. Monday, and found two individuals who had been shot, the spokesman stated.

One individual was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other was taken to a hospital with minor injuries, according to the spokesman.

A person of interest was detained, the spokesman stated.
