A groundbreaking will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 13, for the new Piper fire station.
The new fire station is at 2913 Hutton Road, Kansas City, Kansas.
Because Hutton Road is under construction, those attending the groundbreaking are asked to access the fire station construction site from Leavenworth Road. The location is a little south of Leavenworth Road, near 107th.
