A frost advisory has been issued from midnight tonight to 7 a.m. Saturday in Wyandotte County, according to the National Weather Service.
Temperatures are expected to drop to about 35 degrees overnight, with frost possible Saturday morning, according to the weather service.
As on Friday night, plants that are sensitive to the frost should be covered.
Saturday, temperatures may reach a high near 54. There is a 20 percent chance of rain after 4 p.m. Saturday, the weather service said.
