Kansas City, Kan., police said four pedestrians were injured about 2:32 p.m. Jan. 30 in the 1300 block of Troup Avenue.
Preliminary reports are that a silver Mercedes traveling eastbound on Troup Avenue when the vehicle struck four persons. They were taken to the hospital with critical injuries, police said.
The four persons were said by some sources to be teens.
Police said the driver of the Mercedes remained at the scene.
The accident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Traffic Support Unit-Critical Collision Response Team.
