A 50 percent chance of snow is predicted for Monday, Presidents Day, according to the weather service. The high will be about 31. Monday night, a 40 percent chance of snow continues.
For Tuesday and Wednesday, the weather will continue cold, with a possible high of 25 degrees, and dry.
