A home at 7235 Hasbrook suffered significant damage in an overnight fire, according to James “Morris” Letcher, assistant chief and public information officer for the Kansas City, Kansas, Fire Department.
He said the home suffered a loss of $100,000, if not more, in the fire. The call came in at 1:55 a.m. Wednesday.
Two adults and one child were displaced by the fire, he said. There were no injuries to firefighters or civilians.
According to Letcher, the cause of the fire is not known and is still under investigation.
