Fifth-grade challenge race

Teams of 15 fifth-graders from the Kansas City, Kan., Public Schools challenged Superintendent Cynthia Lane, Mayor Mark Holland and other leaders today in the “Are You Faster than a Fifth-Grader” two-mile race.
