Kansas City, Kansas, police officers responded about 2:15 a.m. July 28 to a shooting in an area near the 1900 block of North Allis, according to a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department.
Officers located a male victim, who was deceased, according to police. The victim was in a vehicle.
The Kansas City, Kansas, Fire Department also responded and confirmed the victim was deceased, the spokesman stated.
