A fatal accident was reported at 2:44 p.m. Friday, March 20, on southbound I-435 near Donahoo Road in Kansas City, Kansas, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
Aaron P. Edminster, 31, of Wichita, Kansas, was southbound on I-435 in a Chevrolet Equinox when the vehicle left the roadway, according to the trooper’s report.
The Equinox went to the west and struck the concrete base of a Kansas Department of Transportation road sign, the report stated.
