A Gospel Non-Violence Study Group will meet from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Monday, May 8, at the Keeler Women’s Center, 2220 Central Ave., Kansas City, Kansas. A bike safety program, Hawks, Helmets and Handlebars, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 20, at the New Bethel Church, 745 Walker Ave., Kansas City, Kansas. At the free event, there will be a bike safety course, a Baby Jay appearance, a remote live broadcast by 99.6 The Point, and an appearance by Johnson County Consolidated Fire Department 2. The first 150 children to attend will receive a free KU bike helmet. The children must be present to receive the helmet.

St. Patrick Catholic Church, at 94th and State Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas, will celebrate the 100th anniversary of Our Lady of Fatima with a Mass at 8 a.m. Saturday, May 13. After Mass, the rosary will be prayed for the intercession of Our Lady of Fatima. Mass times on Sunday, May 14, include 7:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 11:30 a.m. In addition, there will be a Mass in Spanish at 2 p.m. Sunday in the church and a Mass in Burmese at 2 p.m. Sunday in the school.
