El Centro Inc. is sponsoring a rally and voter education picnic from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 29, in Bethany Park, at North 12th and Central Avenue, Kansas City, Kan.
Community speakers, information about upcoming elections, entertainment and free food are planned.
