The Quindaro Ruins – Underground Railroad will sponsor an Earth Day event from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, at North 27th Street and the Missouri River Bend, near the John Brown Memorial Plaza.
The event’s purpose is to commemorate the annual Earth Day, to discuss the New EPA air rules, historic Quindaro heritage and current environmental issues.
The event is free and open to the public.
